The Better Move (TBM) is a project initiated by VibeLab in collaboration with Stichting Dynamic Arts and to the floor e.V., and co-funded by the EU. Its goal is to increasethe employment of dance professionals in the nighttime economy, and integrate more movement-based, health-enhancing, and culturally rooted experiences into club programming.

The project runs in Amsterdam and Berlin from November ‘25 - October ‘26.TBM connects dance professionals specialized in club dance styles – such as House Dance and Whacking – with the local club sector through open meet-ups, 40 dance workshops in clubs, and a handbook on integrating dance education into nightlife. The project centers LGBTQAI+ and PoC communities to strengthen ties between dancers and the nighttime industry.
